Refund Policy

For products purchased on media such as CD-ROM, if the media is defective, or becomes defective within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of shipping, and these defects are not the result of misuse of the product, Data Deliverance will, on physically recieving the defective product, either replace the product at no charge, or refund the money paid for the product, at the option of the purchaser.

Refunds will not be granted under any other circumstances, except as required by applicable law, or at the sole discretion of Data Deliverance.
